Did you know that Buckwheat (SOBA Noodles) is a FODMAP friendly carb?  Just make sure you get 100% buckwheat!

That’s right! Buckwheat is a seed, therefore it’s a green light when following a FODMAP plan.  It’s also gluten free since buckwheat is made from a seed.

FODMAPs are short-chain carbs in our foods that are rapidly fermented & can be poorly absorbed.
