Mannitol is poorly & incompletely absorbed by most humans in the small intestine.

Polyol are the “P” in FODMAP.

FODMAPs are short-chain carbs in our foods that are rapidly fermented & can be poorly absorbed.

I’m not saying celery is bad for you, in fact it could work well in a balanced whole food nutrition plan.

What I am throwing down here is the importance of food rotation & MODERATION!
