Did you know that celery & all that wonderful juice being made is actually a very high FODMAP food?

Did you know that the gas & diarrhea you’re getting is not your body cleansing toxins…you’re actually causing some harm & disruption to the lining of your GI Tract from all the mannitol you are consuming?

I hear it all the time…”Man, I started that celery juice cleanse & cannot stay off the toilet!”  It’s great I’m really getting all those toxins out!  Please JUST STOP!!

Which is eventually what happens…cause we cannot live with non-stop diarrhea!

Seriously…you’re messing up the intestinal wall of your GI TRACT.  You can’t go against the proven science.

Let’s also get serious here…there is no proven science for celery juice helping people.  NONE.  But we do have plenty of science to prove it is high FODMAP.

You see Celery & that wonderful SQUIRT maker Celery Juice is high in MANNITOL a sugar alcohol that is poorly absorbed by most of us humans & this causes the squirts 🙂
