The Iron Bodies are back!

Some of my great followers might not know that @ironbodybyartemis & I used to own a facility in Boston.  We were ranked in 2016 in Mens Health as a Top training studio in the U.S.A!

_

We made the decision to close the studio to move to Las Vegas. I took a job as Head Therapist with Cirque du Soleil.

_

Turns out I am not the biggest fan of corporate health care and I decided to get back to our businesses.  Especially our new  @ empoweru_onlinecoaching

_

I will now have more dedicated time to help the individual who truly want to get better & will work to get better!

_

I am even more dedicated to learning, growing & helping men get their hormones in check!

_

I am personally the HAPPIEST I have been in a very long time. It’s great to be with my wife more, my dog more, and to be able to help more people!

I’m also growing my beard back!  The temperatures are settling down here in Vegas and my beard is coming back!  I mean its only 80 here today!  That is beard weather 🙂
