Building your glutes does not have to be a choir. I recommend to all my peps to get your glute bridges done every day. Either with bodyweight or loaded. But do your damn GLUTE BRIDGES!

I tend to call this “torso core”. Torso core is the whole core: front, lateral, and back. Developing a reactive, stable, & strong torso is huge and leads to more upper & lower body strength, plus helping to develop the musculature that will be exposed when reducing body fat. BONUS: The better you have control over your rib to hip connection the better you are at reducing the risk of injury…WAY-Ooo

Seriously to all my peps, this mean no plumbers ass. As guys get older the glutes begin to shrink. I cannot begin to tell you how many of my clients tell me they used to get compliments on their butt from their significant other. As years go by…those compliments fade, and the plumbers butt begins to expose the CRACK!
