The Hip Bridge: Chest Press to Pull over is a simple move that give you so much!

- Get your hips & core activated with the Hip Bridge: Chest Press to Pull over. This hip bridge while holding weights gets great hip activation & maybe more importantly core activation. The challenge here is to keep your ribs glued down & don’t them go as the arms go through the Pull Over!

- Work the Chest with this classic chest press. Burn out the chest with this simple chest press motion.

- Work the Lat and Triceps with the Pull Over! My man and awesome strength coach @aaron_ausmus can be routinely seen crushing the Pull Over for huge gains!

- This movement builds a bullet proof torso and shoulders! Who doesn’t want a torso & shoulders that move well & get chiseled?

In the video I am using kettlebells which add to the challenge as the weight moves in the movement pattern. Dumbbells also work great. On this day I finished with 1 min w/ a pair of 20kgs! Burn out blast!

This is a great move to utilize fat loss with the movement of so many parts! Set it to a timer and hit as many as you can in 1 min then move on to your next exercise!
