This one is found in most men’s cologne, perfumes, & most laundry detergent fragrances.

Just ready the label & look for PARABEN free.

These 3 brands keep it real and keep it clean!

Unfortunately, you cannot completely avoid this one. It seems to be in everything these days.

Good thing is that the research shows it to be lower on the list of estrogenics. Just do your best to read labels and limit exposure.

Many times, we are breathing these in without even knowing it!

Europe has gone ahead an banned several parabens for use in cosmetics. USA continues to ignore them and use them widely.–> this comes from ESTROGENERATION.

We cannot avoid all estrogenics but we can avoid some. Avoiding PARABENS will help significantly.
